Who is Precision Honeycomb?

Precision Honeycomb is a manufacturer for aerospace structures found in rockets, aircraft, drones, satellites, radomes, as well as similar non-aerospaces structures, like wind turbine blades. 


We offer a customized solution to an intricate production process. Outsourcing your honeycomb and foam core production to our expert team allows your team to focus on its core competencies. At Precision Honeycomb, we work with metallic and non-metallic cores including aluminium, Nomex, Kevlar, Composites and Foam core materials.   


Precision Honeycomb’s 5 Axis Machining Centers use state of the art cutting tools, often designed and built by us, to achieve surface finish and design feature results that are not possible with off the shelf cutting tools.
