OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Determined to showcase our excellence through our craftsmanship

Commitment to Quality

Precision Honeycomb is proud to be a member of the Aerospace Community and as such, we take that responsibility seriously.  We demonstrate that commitment through our certifications for AS9100 and ISO9001.  Our team has consistently delivered high quality parts that meet or exceed our customers stated specifications and tolerances.

Our equipment is calibrated and certified as appropriate.  Our machinery and tools are on regular, documented maintenance schedules.  We understand the importance of getting our parts made right the first time.  Our first run rate goal exceeds 95%.  Our scrap rate goal is less than 2%.

Our quality documentation is extensive and follows along with industry best practice.  We are disciplined at flowing down all quality requirements to our supply chain.  When something does go wrong, we behave in a transparent fashion and move quickly and cooperatively with our customers to resolve issues.

Quality Policy

Precision Honeycomb is proud to be a member of the Aerospace Community and as such, we take the associated responsibility very seriously.  That starts with our commitment to always make operating safely our number one priority.  We are committed to understanding the quality, specification, and tolerance requirements for each customer job we accept and then providing a product that meets or exceeds those requirements.

We pledge to operate in a systemic fashion that is geared to achieve continuous improvement in our processes.  Our senior management is committed to support the quality objectives of our customer base and the industry and to foster open communication within our organization to achieve those goals.

Transparency of behavior will be an organizational commitment we make to ourselves, our customers and the industry.  Should quality issues arise we will work collaboratively with our customers to understand and resolve them efficiently and with the greatest sense of fairness.
